apple cinnamon pancakes

I LOOOOVE pancakes. I think it is one of the first things I learned how to make as a young girl. I like to experiment with new recipes, try new fillings or syrups etc etc. So when I saw a new recipe on this months Good Food magazine I had to try it. So I ended up removing a few things and adding one or two. Hope you guys enjoy it.

Roast Chicken and Batata Harra

As for the potatoes well unless you want to throw them in the oven too and have a complete lazy meal but if not these potatoes are pretty awesome. I originally got the idea of this dish from another Kenyan blog called Jikoni Konfidential. I tried it and really liked it so I did some research and found that the dish is called Batata Harra a Lebanese dish that is usually served as an appetizer. So I combined a few recipes and this is what made my mouth happiest 🙂
