So we are now getting deep into baby making season heheheh. Did you know that the busiest time in Kenyan maternity hospitals is April? then March and May? 9 months before April is? YAP July. Baby making season indeed. So with baby making comes baby showers right? Well seeing as I love good food I decided to host one of my showers.

Motherhood is so overwhelming yet so beautiful. It’s the hardest thing I have ever had to do yet so heart warming. Such a beautiful mix of emotions I tell you.
I am one of those that love to host. Any excuse to cook for people and watch them eat and enjoy my food always makes me happy. But sometimes I am either too busy or just too tired to host and cook. Well here comes potluck parties to the rescue. A potluck is basically a meal or a party where each attendee brings something to share with everyone. They are pretty easy to host but let me just give you a few pointers.
