I love the fruit, I love rich strawberry ice cream, strawberry juice, strawberry flavoured yoghurt, I love it all. It is actually my favourite flavour. What is yours?

We have lots of strawberries in Ushago (up country). When we visit I always like walking around the farm and picking fresh strawberries then going back to the house and making myself a smoothie. There is something about farm fresh produce eaten out in a farm where the air smells of cow dung and you sit there sipping your smoothie as you watch the chickens run around. AAAAHHHH take me back there right now!

This is a very easy recipe. All you need is fresh or frozen strawberries or any berry for that matter and some natural yoghurt to serve. I do not use sugar in this one but feel free to do what suits you best.

Happy Making!!
